Brown Bear Hunts (Schedule ) are conducted on board the vessel "Salley Girl".
Spring and fall hunts designed for hunters of all sizes, shape, and age.
Spring usually has the best weather and highest bear count.you will typically spend you're days glassing the beaches and tidal flats for bears found eating the newly sprouted green grass and, as the spring progresses we will get farther and farther into the mating season which will increase our chances of running into boars and sows together.
These hunts are usually pretty casual with most of you're time spent in a skiff or on the beach glassing for a big old boar.
During the Fall, the bears can be found on streams and rivers feeding on the salmon.
These hunts are for those with a
bit more adventure in mind, as you will be stalking these bears through the thick brush and old growth forest that borders the spawning streams, it is not uncommon to come into fairly close quarters with these animals and sometimes without much warning so this can make for some very interesting storytelling later on.
