Black Bear Hunts (Schedule)
Southeast Alaska is widely recognized for its abundant and trophy-sized black bears.
Black Bear hunts are also conducted on board the vessel "Sally Girl". We will be hunting the mainland coast adjacent to the ABC islands where We offer one spring and one fall hunt scheduled from 7 to 10 days at you're request.
The average Black Bear squares around 7ft. but bears as big as 8ft have been taken with sculls averaging from 18 to as much as 21inches. These spring and fall hunts are conducted in the same manner as the brown bear hunts using the same hunting techniques the only difference being the change of location.
HUNT SCHEDULES
Spring (Between 7 - 10 days hunt)
Hunt 1: Starting April 14th - April 22nd
Hunt 2: Starting June 5th - June 11th
